Position Available: We are seeking a full-time Confidential Personal Assistant to the Directors to join our head office team due to a growing client base. Confidential Personal Assistant to the Directors
We are recruiting an experienced Confidential Personal Assistant to support two Directors.
Duties include:
- Acting on behalf of the Directors when they are out of the office
- General office administration
- Typing and distributing contact reports – including audio typing
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and circulating them
- Following up on action points from reports and ensuring the team adheres to them
- Organising internal and external meetings and managing diaries
- Assisting with the administration of interior design projects (NOT an interior design role) – e.g., ordering fabric samples, following up on missing items, preparing presentations for clients
- Drafting purchase orders
- Drafting emails on behalf of the Directors
- Recruitment and HR admin, including holiday and sick monitoring
- Maintaining confidentiality as you will be exposed to sensitive information
You will be:
- Mathematically competent
- Literate and articulate
- Audio typing experience preferred
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Commercially and financially aware
- Confident and persuasive
- Polite and tenacious
- Diligent
- Able to multitask plus follow through on tasks to achieve timely positive outcomes

- Able to maintain complete confidentiality
